Pepwood Root

Pepwood Root is a jet black stallion sired by our foundation sire Peponita Wood and on the maternal side by our foundation sires Freckles Elite and Outstanding (maternal great-grand sire). He carries on the athletic ability, cow sense and good looks from his sires! He is muscular and stout with a nice head. We use him to cross on our Freckles Elite / Outstanding bred mares with amazing results. His colts are well built, deep bodied and athletic with calm dispositions. They have been very easy to train, and several sons have been sold as promising stud prospects.
